Australian orders are usually sent by courier service, or by Australia Post to ensure that your order gets to you safely.. You may need to sign for your order when it arrives. If this is not convenient for you then please let us know. Overseas orders are sent by Australia Post.

The correct postage and handling  charge will be calculated automatically on your order form when you fill in your order and address details, as the price varies according to the destination and value of goods ordered.

Within Australia:
The Postage and Handling fee is AUD$10.00 per order of non-guitar products and AUD$25.00 per guitar.

All orders outside Australia:
Postage outside Australia is AUD$10.00 per order of non-guitar products and AUD$75.00 per guitar.

Please note, that when an item is too large or too heavy for these air mail rates, it will be sent by surface mail.
