It says in The World Book Dictionary that the word  Sage "suggests deep wisdom based on wide knowledge, experience, and profound thought." And this is what this guitar fully represents. Apart from the obvious fact that it is a headless guitar, the Gaskell Sage is a 24 fret masterpiece of guitar engineering and assembly and has every feature a seasoned guitar veteran demands for maximum playability, performance and range. The Gaskell Sage benefits from front and rear humbucking pickups for the time-honoured "Gibson" sound and a middle single coil pickup for the equally time-honoured "Fender" sound. A five-way selector switch enables the player to separate or combine these combinations to give many sound possibilities for a wide range of musical styles.  The unique floating tremolo and headless neck combination enables you to fully pitch-bend not only notes but whole chords as flawlessly as a keyboard does!  For merely dramatic effect we added the Steve Vai style "hand grip" to the body to set this guitar apart from other headless guitars on the market!Truly a guitar of sagely proportions, the Gaskell Sage is the experienced and highly skilled left handed guitar player's dream come true - when you try it beware you may experience the odd sensation that it almost seems to "play itself!"
