The Gaskell Koru, named after the native New Zealand fern whose shape it resembles, is a homage to the "V" guitar first created by the legendary Randy Rhoads in the early 1980s. Popular to this day among many guitarists of all styles, "V" guitars are forever stylish and synonymous with skilled guitar playing. When the very first "Flying V" appeared in the 1950's by Gibson, the design was so ahead of it's time that it did not become popular until much later. Today it would be hard to find a renowned guitar manufacturer who did not include a "V" guitar of some sort in their product line!

The Gaskell Koru is a "V" guitar for left handed guitarists. It comes loaded with twin humbucking pickups, 3-way selector switch, and a "speed neck" with shark fin inlays. A licensed Floyd Roseâ double locking tremolo completes the package!
