New Gaskell Classic Mark II Explorer style electric Guitar
The Gaskell CLASSIC MARK II is essentially the same as the standard Gaskell Classic but without the pickguard, much like the Explorer guitars made by U.S guitar manufacturers Hamer and Dean. The Mk II follows in the style of the more Rock oriented version of the original Explorer which have been popular since the mid 1980s.
Like the original Explorer, this Explorer variant has also been unavailable as a production left handed model for over 20 years.
In comparison, the Gaskell "Classic" has a smaller, very manageable body than it's 1958 inspiration, making it comfortable, very playable and timelessly stylish. Redesigned in Australia and manufactured to the highest standards in a high quality factory in China, utilizing Korean-made electronics, the Gaskell "Classic" is a high-end, professional quality instrument, suitable for any style of music including Country, Blues, Jazz, Funk, Rock, to Heavy Metal, but with a price tag that has been deliberately kept at a minimum, so as to be affordable for EVERY left hand guitarist in Australia and New Zealand who is serious about their craft. If you ever dreamed of owning and playing a guitar like this, then now that dream is a reality !
